    Brief

    Energinet Gastransmission A/S needs in-line services for a 115km 10-inch gas transmission pipeline from Everdrup to Nakskov, with a maximum total value of 500,000 DKK. The service comprises a cleaning and gauging survey, and a subsequent in-line inspection to log geometry and condition, using a single combined tool capable of logging both pipe geometry and anomalies. The tender will be evaluated based on price and technical capability, including the ability to meet technical scope, analyze combined data from MFL and UT inspections, handle wet media for UT inspection, complete all inspections in one mobilization, and integrate sustainability.

    • This specification details the scope of work and the technical specifications for equipment, personnel and the reporting requirements when conducting in-line service of Energinet 115km 10in gas transmission pipe line from Everdrup to Nakskov hereinafter "The line". The Provider must perform in-line service comprising a cleaning and gauging survey, and a subsequent in-line inspection of The line. The cleaning and gauging survey shall clean and identify any obstructions in The line in advance of the in-line inspection. The in-line inspection shall log the geometry and condition of The line. The in-line inspection shall be performed by a single combined tool capable of logging both pipe geometry and anomalies (e.g. metal loss).Main features of the procedurePublic Tender with advertisement - Procurement procedures below the threshold The tenders submitted must be valid for a period of 3 months as from the specified time limit for the sub-mission of tenders. In the event that the tenderer, in connection with the negotiation phase, prepares and submits revised tenders, such tenders must also be valid for the period of 3 months as from the specified time limit for these tenders. Submission of a revised tender releases the tenderers from any previously submitted tenders.

      25/002 - Provision of Onshore and or Nearshore Inspection Services

      The Contracting Entity is seeking applications from suitably experienced inspection companies to carry out offshore, nearshore and onshore inspection surveys of two submarine gas transmission pipelines each approximately 200km long, Scotland to Ireland from shore to shore, and one spur and one umbilical approximately 11km long to the Isle of Man. The network cathodic protection is provided by means of sacrificial aluminium alloy half shell bracelet anodes. The network entire lengths are either trenched, or rockdumped in lieu of trenching. The seabed is varied and includes sandwaves towards the Scottish end. The maximum water depth is approximately 140 metres. The inspection scope requires vessels equipped for visual inspection, acoustic examination, cathodic protection monitoring and the assessment of the disposition of the pipeline relative to the seabed. There is also a requirement for a capability for conducting intervention tasks involving the removal of seabed debris and/or freespan rectification and maintenance capability for a subsea tee in approximately 30 metres water depth. There is a further requirement for a capability to mobilise an offshore diving spread to conduct subsea intervention tasks using divers. There will also be a requirement to mobilise at short notice for unplanned debris surveys of the pipelines as required.
