Description
Vendors are invited to propose a plan how to support the Hanze in the implementation process of the new LMS. They are encouraged to illustrate the implementation plan with some best practices from recent implementations in higher education. Hanze prefers to have solid and comprehensive support from the Vendor. In this plan, Hanze expects at least the following aspects as part of an overall implementation advice/strategy.

With this sub-criterion, Hanze wants to gain insight into whether and how the Tenderer can meet the following three wishes (3.1, 3.2 and 3.3) that Hanze would like to fulfil within the LMS. Tenderer will be asked to describe how its Solution can support these aspects. The Functional requirements are realized directly within the LMS or with an add-on.

Description
When quoting the various prices, the Subscriber must comply with the following conditions: • All prices and rates must be offered in Euros, excluding VAT; Learning Management System Tender Document • Hanze reserves the right to require further explanation and substantiation of the rates issued from the Tenderer during the assessment phase; • It is not allowed to enter zero tariffs or negative amounts; • The Tenderer must specify rates for all components that are realistic within the framework of the Agreement and the Schedule of Requirements, and the rates must also be realistic in relation to the working method specified by the Tenderer. • The price includes the elements and functionalities as requested in G1, G2 and G3.
