Die Europäische Agentur für Flugsicherheit (EASA) benötigt Rechtsberatung und Unterstützung in den Bereichen deutsches und EU-Recht (Los 1) sowie Steuerrecht und fiskalische Angelegenheiten (Los 2) im Rahmen einer Rahmenvereinbarung über 4 Jahre mit einem maximalen Gesamtwert von 800.000 EUR. Die Dienstleistungen sollen in Deutschland erbracht werden und dienen der EASA, der Europäischen Aufsichtsbehörde für das Versicherungswesen und die betriebliche Altersversorgung (EIOPA) sowie der Behörde zur Bekämpfung der Geldwäsche und der Terrorismusfinanzierung (AMLA). Die Vergabe erfolgt nach den Kriterien Qualität (60 %) und Preis (40 %).

The work is intended to ensure operational continuity, performance stability and infrastructure updates, expand platform features, and support its internationalisation; ECCAIRS 2 supports aviation-safety occurrence reporting for European authorities and international partners, including under Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 and ICAO Annex 13 standards. Quality and price each account for 50% of the award evaluation. BILBOMATICA and ALTIA were awarded a 19-month contract for similar ECCAIRS 2 services.
