    Brief

    De dienst NKO wenst over te gaan tot de aankoop van een nieuwe operatiemicroscoop ter ondersteuning van de diverse gespecialiseerde ingrepen binnen het operatiekwartier. Deze operatiemicroscoop zal ingezet worden voor complexe tertiaire NKO-chirurgie. De dienst NKO van het UZA fungeert als topreferentiecentrum voor diverse gespecialiseerde procedures, waaronder: - Cochleaire implantaties; - Nervus hypoglossus stimulatie; - Complexe oorchirurgie; - Laserchirurgie op de larynx en trachea; - Andere gespecialiseerde hoofd- en halsprocedures. De te leveren operatiemicroscoop moet multifunctioneel inzetbaar zijn en ondersteuning bieden bij zowel standaard als complexe ingrepen.

L’évaluation porte sur le prix (27,78 %), l’extension de garantie (5,56 %) et la qualité, les performances et l’ergonomie de chacun des trois équipements (22,22 % chacun). Le matériel doit être certifié CE et le candidat doit fournir au moins trois références comparables, chacune portant sur la fourniture, l’installation et la maintenance du dispositif proposé dans un hôpital belge au cours des trois dernières années, accompagnées d’une attestation de bonne exécution signée.

Brussel-Hoofdstad. De gunning zal plaatsvinden op basis van prijs (50%) en kwaliteit (50%). Potentiële leveranciers moeten een geldige ISO 9001 (versie 2015) certificering of gelijkwaardige maatregelen voor kwaliteitsbewaking kunnen voorleggen, evenals een CE-conformiteitsattest. Daarnaast is minimaal één referentie vereist van een vergelijkbaar PET/CT-toestel dat de afgelopen vijf jaar in Europa is geïnstalleerd en in werking is, met de mogelijkheid van een referentiebezoek en een tevredenheidsattest.
