Oppdragsbeskrivelse

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a contract with a supplier for a library system. It is possible to submit offers for the following: - Library Services Platform & Discovery System (See list of requirements for details) The two requested systems may be provided as an integrated solution from a single supplier or as a combination of two separate systems designed to function efficiently as a single entity. If the offer includes two systems from different suppliers, this must be clearly stated, and one supplier must assume full responsibility for the entire offer. Necessary letters of commitment from the subcontractor must be submitted.

  • Functionality 30% Evaluation is based on the written response to the response to the List of requirements, and including relevant portions of the system demonstration. If the Customer performs testing of the offered solution, the results of testing will be included in the evaluation. • Usability 30% Evaluation is based on the written response to the evaluation criteria as well as the system demonstration. • Økonomisk og finansiell styrke

  Beskrivelse

  Leverandøren skal ha tilstrekkelig økonomisk og finansiell styrke til å oppfylle kontrakten over hele kontraktens varighet.

  Dokumentasjonskrav

  Leverandøren må dokumentere tilstrekkelig økonomisk og finansiell styrke. Spesifikk dokumentasjon er ikke angitt, men det forventes at leverandøren kan fremlegge relevant finansiell informasjon.
