    Brief

    Ministry of the Environment requests your tender for the Limit values - Task 4 activities of project "Nordic harmonisation of life cycle assessment". The work will begin estimatedly by April 2023. The work will be finalized by the July of 2024, unless otherwise jointly agreed. Task 4 includes the following subtasks: • 4.1 Setting and assessing limit values • 4.2 Process for monitoring the decarbonisation of the building stock • 4.3 Nordic report on the decarbonisation of the building stock The more detailed description of the project is given in the Annex A "Description of task 4". The main language of the project is English. Ministry of the Environment will select one (1) supplier, with whom it will conclude a contract. The total compensation for task 4 is 4 100 000 NOK (VAT 0%), divided into annual budgets. The sum will be divided for calendar year of the project and made available through separate decision of the funder. The sum is subject to a positive financing decision of the Nordic Innovation to be concluded each year separately. Annual budgets are conditional to the distribution of funds from the Nordic Innovation and the Nordic Council of Ministers.

      69-BYM-2026 Anskaffelse av entreprenør - Bestumkilen kyststi

      Oslo Kommune Bymiljøetaten trenger en entreprenør for å etablere en ny kyststi i Bestumkilen i Oslo, med en varighet på 8 måneder (november 2026 til juli 2027). Kyststien, som er ca. 480 meter lang og 2 meter bred, skal delvis bygges som bordgang på peler og delvis som grussti. Prosjektet omfatter håndtering av forurensede masser, arbeid i vann og koordinering med nærliggende virksomheter. Entreprenøren er ansvarlig for planlegging og etablering av riggplass, samt nødvendige tillatelser, og må regne med at deler av arbeidene og materialleveransene må utføres fra sjøsiden. Tildelingskriteriene er pris (68%), oppdragsforståelse og fremdriftsplan (30%), og utslippsteknologi for kjøretøy til øvrig transport med totalvekt over 3,5 tonn (2%). Kvalifikasjonskrav inkluderer et tilfredsstillende kvalitetssikringssystem (f.eks. ISO 9001:2000 sertifikat) og at prosjektleder og anleggsleder har erfaring fra lignende oppdrag, som kaianlegg, kyststier og anlegg i strandsone, dokumentert med CV og beskrivelse av tre mest relevante oppdrag de siste fem år.

      Klima- Og Miljødepartementet needs consultancy services for a project on the traceability of chemicals in plastics and plastic products, with a maximum total value of 1,000,000 DKK. The project aims to identify practical, implementable, and globally relevant options for improving the traceability of chemicals in plastics and plastic products, providing targeted input to the ongoing Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) and supporting future plastic treaty implementation. The project will consolidate and assess existing regulatory, technical, and sectoral approaches across major jurisdictions including the EU, USA, China, Brazil, South Africa, and selected Middle Eastern countries, and translate these into prioritized recommendations for increased transparency. The outcome will be communicated as a publicly available report through NordPub.
