    Brief

    The tender consists of a complete electrical boiler plant, which will produce District Heating water at a temperature of 90 ºC at an output of 40 MW. The electrical boiler will work as reserve and backup as well as Frequency Containment Reserve on the power market in west Denmark - DK1 grid. Included in the delivery, the Contractor must take the full responsibility of the project and calculations, to ensure the best quality possible in all aspects of the project.

      Lietteestä separoidun kuivajakeen hygienisointilaite

      Luonnonvarakeskuksen (Luke) Maaningan tutkimusnavetalle hankitaan laitteisto separoidun kuivajakeen hygienisointiin lämpökäsittelyn avulla. Laitteiston tarkoituksena on käsitellä kuivajae siten, että sen hygieeninen laatu paranee ja patogeenien määrä vähenee todistetusti. Laitteiston kapasiteetin tulee soveltua noin 100 parren navetan tarpeisiin, ja se on voitava sijoittaa nykyisiin tiloihin separointilaitteen alapuolelle noin 18 m²:n alueelle siten, että kuivajae voidaan syöttää laitteeseen suoraan separaattorilta. Laitteiston tulee kyetä kuumentamaan käsiteltävä kuivajae yli 70 °C:n lämpötilaan vähintään yhden tunnin ajaksi, ja tarjoajan tulee pystyä osoittamaan menetelmän tehokkuus patogeenien vähentämisessä tai poistamisessa. Laitteistossa tulee olla ratkaisu hygienisoidun kuivajakeen siirtämiseksi suoraan lastaukseen sekä mahdollisuus käsitellyn materiaalin varastointiin. Koska laitteistoa käytetään myös tutkimustoiminnassa, sen tulee olla tarvittaessa siirrettävissä ja muokattavissa tutkimuskäyttöön soveltuvaksi. Laitteistosta tulee voida ottaa näytteitä sekä tehdä mittauksia prosessin eri vaiheissa. Lisäksi laitteiston toimintaa tulee voida seurata etäyhteydellä, ja prosessitietojen keruun tulee olla automatisoitua siten, että käsittelyprosessin keskeiset tiedot tallentuvat myöhempää tarkastelua ja analysointia varten.
