L'Établissement public du Marais poitevin a besoin de services de surveillance environnementale pour un accord-cadre d'une durée de 4 ans, avec une valeur maximale totale de 900 000 EUR. Le projet vise à mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration des connaissances sur le fonctionnement des écosystèmes en lien avec la gestion de l'eau dans le Marais poitevin, notamment la mise en place de suivis (végétations prairiale et aquatique, qualité de l'eau) et l'encadrement opérationnel pour l'évaluation des effets des conditions environnementales et du régime hydrique sur l'expression de la biodiversité sur 34 casiers hydrauliques. Les services seront livrés en Vendée, Charente-Maritime et Deux-Sèvres.
