    Dublin City Council needs services for the design and execution of works in connection with the installation of playgrounds for Local Authorities, including playground design, supply and installation of playground equipment, landscaping works, safety surfacing, and ancillary works, as well as the supply of labour, plant, and material. This also includes gym and exercise equipment, teen zones, MUGA’s, skate and BMX areas, and pumptracks. The framework agreement will last for 4 years with a maximum total value of 30,000,000 EUR. The services are to be delivered in Dublin.

    About the bid

      Dublin City Council intends to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement 2026-2030 for the design and execution of works in connection with the installation of playgrounds for Local Authorities. The requirements include playground design, and execution of works in connection with the supply and installation of playground equipment, landscaping works including safety surfacing and ancillary works, the supply of labour, plant and material. Additional items such as and not limited to would include the provision of gym and exercise equipment, teen zones, MUGA’s, skate and BMX areas, pumptracks etc The Framework will include a provision for the delivery and installation of the equipment to the nominated sites in the City and will be responsible for the security until installed and formally ‘taken in charge’ by Parks, Biodiversity and Landscape Services, Dublin City Council and any other Local Authorities as appropriate.
