    Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy (TSE) was planning to build a heat pump plant for district heating production. The heat pump would have used cooling water from an industrial site as a heat source. The estimated heat output of the heat pump system would have been around 40 — 60 MW and the heat would have been transferred to the local district heating network. This supply would have consisted of the heat pump plant with the necessary auxiliary equipment. As the future of the industrial site and thus the availability of the heat source is unsure, the procurement of the heat pumps is suspended.

Arbeidene omfatter søyler, søylekonsoller og søyletopper, samt membran- og fuktsikring, lokale betongreparasjoner, brannisolering og tiltak mot videre skadeutvikling. Parkeringsanlegget skal være i full drift gjennom byggeperioden, så tilbudet må beskrive håndtering av HMS og risiko, etappevis gjennomføring, trafikk og logistikk samt samhandling og optimalisering av løsninger. Tildeling vektes likt mellom pris (50 %) og kvalitet (50 %), der kvalitet vurderes ut fra en konkret løsningsbeskrivelse av prosjektforståelsen. Kvalifikasjonskrav omfatter 3–5 relevante referanseprosjekter fra de siste 10 årene, der hvert prosjekt dekker minst tre angitte typer betong-, forsterknings-, parkerings-, bro-, tunnel-, membran- eller dekkearbeider, samt dokumentasjon på kvalitetsstyringssystem og tredjepartssertifisert miljøledelse eller likeverdige tiltak.
