      Oppdragsgiver vil kun inngå kontrakt med økonomisk solide selskaper for å sikre at selskapet fortsetter å eksistere gjennom hele kontraktsperioden. Søkeren må bekrefte den økonomiske evnen i ESPD del IV.B “Financial ratio” med informasjon fra den siste årsrapporten angående følgende økonomiske indikatorer: Egenkapital (total egenkapital inkl. aksjekapital, reserver, revaluering, tilbakeholdt fortjeneste osv.) og Solvensgrad (egenkapital/totale eiendeler).

      Søkeren er forpliktet til å dokumentere kravet ved forespørsel fra oppdragsgiver.

      Referansene fra de mest betydelige sammenlignbare kontraktene utført de siste fem årene må oppgis i ESPD del IV.C: “Technical and professional ability”. Referansene må inkludere en motivert og detaljert beskrivelse av kontraktene, omfanget av kontraktene (kontraktsverdi) og kontaktinformasjon for den aktuelle enheten (inkludert kontaktperson). Antall referanser bør ikke overstige maksimalt 5 mest sammenlignbare og relevante leveranser som er fullført de siste fem årene. Hvis referanselisten inneholder mer enn 5 leveranser, vil oppdragsgiver kun vurdere de første 5 oppførte.

      Gas Storage Denmark A/S needs methane-emissions measurement and reporting services for its two underground natural-gas storage facilities in Denmark, located in West and South Zealand and North Jutland, with a maximum total contract value of DKK 2.8 million. The services must support measurement, quantification, monitoring, reporting and verification under the EU Methane Regulation. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%), relevant references (20%) and organization (20%); bidders must provide two comparable references, particularly assignments involving methane measurement and quantification, facility operations and reporting for executive or political decision-making. The proposed team should include qualified and available personnel for each work package, with clear responsibilities, backup capacity and plans for continuity and collaboration with Energinet.
