Le présent marché porte sur l’exercice de la mission de réviseur d’entreprise auprès du Service fédéral des Pensions (SFP). Le marché porte sur le contrôle des opérations comptables d’une période de six ans couvrant les années budgétaires 2025 à 2030 sous réserve de tout changement à la réglementation en vigueur.

Description
De kandidaat heeft een beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering van minimaal drie miljoen euro per jaar. Dit bedrag wordt verhoogd tot twaalf miljoen euro voor opdrachten uitgevoerd bij instellingen van openbaar belang, dat wil zeggen voornamelijk genoteerde vennootschappen, kredietinstellingen en verzekerings- en herverzekeringsondernemingen. De polis dekt ten minste alle opdrachten die bij of krachtens de wet van 7 december 2016 tot organisatie van het beroep van en het publiek toezicht op de bedrijfsrevisoren voorbehouden zijn voor bedrijfsrevisoren.
