    VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Oy tarvitsee optisen spektrumanalysaattorin (OSA) fotonisten integroidun piirin laitteiden karakterisointiin näkyvällä ja lähi-infrapuna-alueella. Laitteiston toimitusajan on arvioitu olevan 5 kuukautta, ja sen on tarkoitus korvata yli 30 vuotta vanha vastaava laite paremmalla laadulla ja käytettävyydellä. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan perusteella.

    About the bid

      The object of the tender process is Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) for characterization of photonic integrated circuit devices in visible and near infrared range (later also “Equipment”). The Equipment will replace a similar device more than 30 years old with better quality and usability. The objective is for the equipment to be supplied by December 2026. The object of the procurement and the technical requirements have been specified in more detail in the invitation to tender documents.Main features of the procedureThe tender process is based on the open procedure applicable to contracts that exceed the national procurement threshold.
