Ansøgere opfordres til at give information om deres erfaring med udførelse af civile arbejder/tjenester inden for den specifikke kategori, de ønsker at blive optaget i, herunder titel og placering af kontrakt/projekt, arbejdsgiverens navn, beskrivelse af kontrakt/projekt, generelt leveringsomfang og ansøgerens rolle samt udførelsesperiode.

      Søkere oppfordres til å gi informasjon om sin erfaring med utførelse av anleggsarbeid/tjenester innenfor omfanget av den spesifikke kategorien som søkerne ønsker å bli tatt opp i. Informasjonen kan gis i svarmalen og/eller del IV av eESPD. Søkerne oppfordres til å gi følgende informasjon: • Informasjon om kategorien søknaden gjelder for • Tittel og sted for kontrakt/prosjekt • Navn på arbeidsgiver • Beskrivelse av kontrakt/prosjekt • Generelt omfang av leveransen og søkerens rolle, inkludert type prosjekt, f.eks. nøkkelferdig, hovedentreprenør, tidlig involvering, etc. For kontrakter som ennå ikke er fullført, bør søkerne oppgi hvilke arbeider som er fullført før søknadsdatoen til kvalifikasjonssystemet. • Utførelsesperiode (kontraktens startdato (måned/år), dato for fullføring av arbeidet (måned/år)).

      Supplementary information regarding use of Achilles Utilities Nordics & Central Europe qualification system by Ørsted and Ørsted Group including the entities mentioned in section 1 and 2.1.4 General information

      Ørsted Services A/S needs works services through a qualification system for suppliers and contractors to utilities in Nordics and Central Europe. The system, ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE, is operated by Achilles and will be used for tenderer selection for contracts and framework agreements. To qualify, suppliers must complete an Order Form, pay an annual qualification fee between EUR 270 to 1210, and complete an online questionnaire.
