Brief

The European Union Agency for the Space Programme needs Level 2 and Level 3 preventive, corrective and perfective maintenance services for its Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), which supports Galileo, under a 4-year contract with a maximum total value of EUR 1.1 million. The work is primarily recurring preventive maintenance, including cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring, patch assessment and testing, and obsolescence management, with corrective interventions when required; the contract is intended to ensure continuity after the current maintenance contract expires. Offers will be evaluated on quality (60%) and price (40%).

  • Provision of Level 2 and Level 3 preventive, corrective and perfective maintenance services for the EUSPA Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), supporting Galileo. The procurement aims to ensure continuity of maintenance following the expiry of the current contract. The services consist predominantly of recurring preventive maintenance, including cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring, patch assessment and testing, and obsolescence management, complemented by corrective interventions when required.
