A.1.1 General Description of the Proposed Contract The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for the Supply and Commissioning of Long Duration Energy Storage Systems at a number of project sites in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The scope includes the design, integration, supply, delivery to site and commissioning of lithium-ion battery energy storage systems and may also be extended to include aspects of installation/construction works, civil works, electrical works, etc. as may be required by the Contracting Entity and for which such extension of scope would be confirmed at Request for Tender RfT stage. It may also include the provision of suitable supervision of the installation of these systems by a third party, the provision of appropriate product and performance warranties and provision of an appropriate Long Term Service Agreement LTSA for each project.

Framework Agreement Battery Energy Storage Systems - Energielandschap Lageland

Batterij Meerstad Noord B.V. in the Netherlands needs three contractors for a framework agreement over 8 years for the realization of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Energielandschap Lageland. The project involves the delivery of a functional, ready-to-use, grid-compliant, and safe battery system, with contractors responsible for design, supply, construction, system integration, testing, commissioning, and handover, as well as long-term operation and maintenance. Phase 1 includes approximately 15 MW // 60 MWh BESS, connected to a 21 MW grid connection, with commissioning planned for Q1 2029. Phase 2 involves an expansion to at least 50 MW // 200 MWh BESS around 2032/2033. Award criteria are Price (50%) and Quality (50%).
