Brief
The objects of the procurement are special analyses of Solar Food's products. The procurement is divided into 21 lots. The Contracting Entity selects one (1) Service Provider for each lot and concludes a contract with that Service Provider. The Service Provider may also be a consortium or a group of tenderers. The tenderer may tender in one or more lots. The lots are as follows: 1. Minerals 2. Extra Minerals 3. Vitamins 4. Carotenes 5. Fat oxidation 6. Foodstuff contaminants 7. Allergens 8. Heavy metals 9. Amino acids 10. Biogenic amines 11. PAH compounds 12. Phenolic compounds 13. Boron 14. Water activity 15. Pesticides 16. β-glucan 17. Lycopene 18. Lycinoalanine 19. Cholesterol 20. Protein dispersibility index 21. Glyphosate Parallel and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Entity is not bound by predefined order quantities. A Service Provider shall not have the exclusive right to provide these services to the Contracting Entity.

Qualification requirements

The tenderer must provide one reference for all the analyses it offers. The analytical method and laboratory used in the reference must be the same as in this tender.

Award Criteria
Description
The Contracting Entity will compare and score the prices based on the price given in Annex 3. “Pricelist”. The comparison price is the sum of the prices for estimated four-year contract period consumption.
Evaluation Method
The cheapest tender in the comparison is assigned a comparison price score of 70. Other tenders will be scored using the formula: (lowest price / tenderer's price) x 70.

The Contracting Entity will compare and score the quality based on the filled-in Annex 1.2 “Requirements for analyses”.
Evaluation Method
Finally, the price and quality comparison scores are summed up, and the tenderer with the best total score wins. In case of a tie, the winner is the tender with the most quality comparison scores.

- Accreditation
The tenderer with the highest number of accredited analysis methods will receive 10 points.
Evaluation Method: Other tenders will be scored using the formula: (number of accreditations / highest number of accreditations) x 10.
- Preferred analysis methods
The tenderer with the highest number of preferred analysis methods will receive 10 points.
Evaluation Method: Other tenders will be scored using the formula: (number of preferred methods / highest number of preferred methods) x 10.
- Turnaround time
The tenderer with the fastest over-all turnaround time (sum of all the turnaround times in this lot) will receive 5 points.
Evaluation Method: Other tenders will be scored using the formula: (fastest turnaround time / turnaround time) x 5.
- Limit of Quantification
The tenderer with the highest number of LOQs within the preferred limits will receive 5 points.
Evaluation Method: Other tenders will be scored using the formula: (tenderer’s number of LOQs within the limits / highest number of LOQs within the limits) x 5.
