    About the bid

      In accordance with the Section 1.7 of the Tender Specifications, within three years following the signature of the existing framework contract resulting from the current call for tenders, the Contracting authority may use the negotiated procedure to procure services from the contractor up to a maximum of 50% of the initial framework contract ceiling. These services will consist of repetition of the same services entrusted to the contractor in the initial framework contract. On 12/07/2024 and 31/07/2024 the European Commission Representation in Cyprus signed a framework contract with Marketway Ltd and MSCOMM AE for MULTIMEDIA – Lot 2 and Lot 3, with entry into force on 31 July 2024. The framework contract was awarded following the outcome of the call for tenders with reference no. COMM/NIC/2023/OP/0399, which was published in the Official Journal 2023/S 188-589655.
