  • The objective of this CFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish a framework for the provision of advisory support to public bodies. The CFT is divided into 6 lots and tenderers must be explicit about the lots for which they are applying. Each lot applied for should be addressed by the tenderer / consortia in the defined format in Annex 2 Tender Response Document. Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more Lots.     Energistyrelsen søger en leverandør til en 4-årig rammeaftale om drift af Rådgivningstjenesten, med en maksimal samlet værdi på 20 millioner danske kroner. Tjenesten skal give danske borgere og, som noget nyt, små og mellemstore virksomheder uvildig rådgivning om energiforbrug og energieffektive løsninger; opgaverne omfatter telefon- og mailrådgivning samt lokale arrangementer med lokale aktører. Rådgivningen skal blandt andet understøtte energieffektivisering i boliger, valg af varmeform, renovering, energiadfærd og ansøgninger om tilskud. Viegand & Maagøe A/S og Transition ApS vandt den tidligere aftale om Energistyrelsens rådgivningstjeneste. Tilbuddene vurderes på løsningsbeskrivelse (40 %), bemanding (35 %, inklusive rolle- og ansvarsfordeling samt op til 20 CV’er) og pris (25 %).
