      Anskaffelse av rammeavtale på grafiske tjenester

      Statens Kartverk trenger grafiske tjenester og visuell rådgivning for en rammeavtale med en estimert verdi på 2 millioner kroner og en maksimal totalverdi på 5 millioner kroner. Tjenestene skal leveres i Buskerud og omfatter grafisk og visuell rådgivning, produksjon av grafiske elementer som ikoner, infografikk og illustrasjoner, grafisk materiell som trykksaker, rapporter og annonser, samt filmproduksjon inkludert foto, video og animasjon. Leverandøren skal også sikre at Kartverkets grafiske profil brukes og at alle leveranser oppfyller krav til universell utforming. Miksmaster AS har en lignende kontrakt i dag. Tildelingskriteriene er kvalitet (oppdragsforståelse og kvalitet 50%, kompetanse 10%) og pris (40%). Kvalifikasjonskrav inkluderer et kvalitetssystem (f.eks. ISO 9001 eller tilsvarende), erfaring fra minst 5 relevante oppdrag innen grafiske tjenester og visuell rådgivning de siste tre år, tilgang til fagkompetanse innen grafisk design, profilforvaltning, universell utforming, illustrasjoner, Office-malverk, presentasjoner, trykksaker, foto, video, animasjon og innholdsproduksjon, samt dokumentert erfaring med universell utforming.
