    Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) has entered into an agreement with Computime Limited for the provision of maintenance and support for HPE-Aruba network equipment and additional licenses. The services will be delivered in Malta over a period of three years and three months, from May 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029. The contract includes maintenance and support for HPE-Aruba centralized wireless controllers and related equipment, 1,000 additional licenses for the wireless controllers to manage up to 5,000 access points, with optional procurement of another 1,000 licenses, a virtual centralized wireless controller, and 300 hours of local support. The final contract value is 772,930 EUR. One bid was received for this tender.

    About the bid

      Through this tender MITA intends to procure: • maintenance and support for HPE-Aruba centralised wireless controllers and related equipment for three (3) years and three (3) months – covering 1st May 2026 to 31st July 2029 (committed) • additional 1,000 licences for the HPE-Aruba centralised wireless controllers to increase the total access points that can be managed from 4,000 to 5,000 (committed) • additional 1,000 licences and a virtual centralised wireless controller (optional) • procurement of 300 hours of local support (optional). This Call for Tenders is being published as a competitive call that will be considered as a negotiated procedure (in accordance with Article 154(1)(b)(ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations).
