De diensten omvatten de productie van video's voor sociale media, creatieve video's met een lange levensduur en andere multimedia-activa, van pre-productie tot post-productie, in de vereiste formaten voor multi-channel distributie en in minimaal de 24 EU-talen. De levering vindt voornamelijk plaats in Brussel (België) en Straatsburg (Frankrijk), maar ook in alle overige EU-lidstaten en daarbuiten op verzoek. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 60 maanden en een maximale totale waarde van 10.000.000 EUR. Er waren 4 inschrijvingen ontvangen.

    • The procurement is aimed at the provision of a range of services linked to the production of social media videos, creative videos with long shelf life and other multimedia assets and associated services. The purpose of these framework contracts is to provide the European Parliament with audiovisual production services, as well as services related to the production of related multimedia services (e.g. radio spot, cinema version of video, formatting and translations) from pre-production to post-production in the required formats for multi-channel distribution and in the 24 EU languages as a minimum. The services will be performed primarily in Brussels (Belgium) and Strasbourg (France), but also in all the remaining EU Member States and beyond upon request.
