Het Europees Parlement is van plan ondersteunende diensten aan te schaffen voor meertalige deelname op afstand en/of simultaanvertolking op afstand in hybride en online conferenties die worden gehouden via het meertalige videoconferentiesysteem van het EP. De aanbesteding heeft een geschatte maximale totale waarde van 19,5 miljoen euro over een periode van 60 maanden.

  • The resulting Framework Contract will cover the provision of support services to facilitate multilingual remote participation (MRP) and/or Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) and/or Distant interpretation in hybrid and online conferences held on the EP’s corporate multilingual video-conferencing system (EPVC). This also includes back-office services related to the provision of the support to hybrid and remote conferences.
