Brief

The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) needs website services under a single-provider framework agreement lasting 54 months. The contract covers transition and migration of its corporate website to a Drupal-centred cloud solution, as well as ongoing maintenance, support, development and related website management to ensure the site’s continuous operation and improvement. Services are associated with the ESM website and the project is located in Luxembourg. Offers will be evaluated on quality and price; weighting is specified in the procurement documents.

  • The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) intends to establish a single-provider framework agreement for the provision of website services related to its corporate website (www.esm.europa.eu). The services include the transition and migration of the current website services, migration to a Drupal-centric cloud solution service, ongoing maintenance and support services, website development services and related website management activities. The framework agreement is intended to ensure the continuous operation, enhancement, maintenance and support of the ESM website throughout the contract term.
