Purchase of 5 Fluorescence Microscopes

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) needs to purchase 5 fluorescence microscopes with a maximum total value of 1,400,000 DKK. The equipment should consist of four inverted microscopes with X/Y test tables, capable of visualizing samples using reflected light in fluorescence and bright field. The fluorescence detection system must be able to observe and separate DAPI, FITC, and TRITC fluorophores. The microscopes must be equipped with lenses for optical measurements from 4x to 100x magnification, using cover glass. Three microscopes need to image at 4x and 20x, one at 10x and phase contrast at 20x, and one at 10x and 60x or higher. All microscopes should include a 1.5x optivar lens and allow for mounting a C-mount camera with a 25mm FOV. One microscope must have a motorized X-Y table compatible with Micromanager software.

Purchase of chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) har brug for et klorofylfluorescens-billeddannelsessystem til PAM/mætningspuls-baserede målinger af mikroalger i standard 96-brøndsplader og små fotosyntetiske planteprøver, herunder andemad, frøplanter, blade og små potteplanter. Systemet skal bruges til fluorescensbaserede lysrespons-målinger, maksimal og effektiv PSII kvanteeffektivitet, NPQ og relaterede afledte parametre, herunder gentagne målinger over prøver og tid, med en maksimal totalværdi på 250.000 DKK.
