Hierbei wird in den abzuschließenden Rahmenabkommen der Bedarf der Beteiligungsgesellschaften der Thüga AG in einer Anfrage gebündelt werden. Auf Grundlage der abzuschließenden Rahmenabkommen werden die Bezugsberechtigten Gesellschaften (mittelbare und unmittelbare Beteiligungsgesellschaften der Thüga AG) Bestellungen in eigenem Namen und auf eigene Rechnung tätigen. Die Kommunikationssprache ist Deutsch.
