The subject of this qualification system is the design, manufacturing, testing, packaging, transport, delivery, unloading, storage, and after sales services of SF6-free oil- or gas-insulated outdoor Instrument Transformers and Resistive-Capacity Dividers for 50Hertz (Germany) substations (referring to the EU Regulation on fluorinated greenhouse gases (Regulation (EU) 2024/573 for Rated Voltage Levels (Ur) above 52kV). This qualification system is to qualify candidates for future tenders concerning air insulated circuit breakers (50 kV, 110 kV, 150 kV, 220 kV and 380 kV) for its high voltage infrastructure in The Netherlands and Germany. The contracting entity is purchasing on behalf of the following contracting entities: TenneT TSO B.V. (PO Box 718, 6800 AS Arnhem, NL), Reddyn B.V. (PO Box 50, 6920 AB Duiven, NL), TeslaN B.V.
