  The quality award criteria will be evaluated uniformly based on: Competence and experience for executing personnel. Assignment comprehension The points are assessed judgementally based on fulfilment of the contracting authority ́s requirements and needs. The tenderer will get a combined score on the award criteria in accordance with the points scale stated in point 1.7.1. Competence and experience Competence and experience will be evaluated based on the requirement specifications point 4.4.1 Competence and experience. The total competence and experience of executing personnel will form the basis for assessing the criterion. Assignment comprehension The assignment comprehension will be evaluated based on a description of how the tenderer solves the assignments described in requirement specifications point 4.3.1. In addition the contracting authority will emphasise the tenderer ́s descriptions of the documentation generated for the assignments, cf. the requirement specifications point 4.7, including functionality, traceability and availability of documentation and reports. The functionality will also be assessed on the basis of the tenderer ́s attached examples. Documentation requirement: Except for examples of the report, the award criteria are documented by responding to points 4.3.1, 4.4.1 and 4.7 in the requirement specifications.

Waste Management Waste management is evaluated on the basis of how the supplier handles waste that occurs in connection with the execution of assignments for the contracting authority, routines for handling waste as well as the tenderer's description of waste reports, including annual reports to the contracting authority.
