Željeznička Infrastruktura Crne Gore AD – Podgorica (ŽICG) traži izvođenje radova na rehabilitaciji devet železničkih tunela (T154, T156, T157, T165, T167, T169, T215, T218 i T247) duž pruge Vrbnica–Bar u Crnoj Gori, ukupne dužine približno 2.921,5 metara. Radovi će se izvoditi dok je pruga u komercijalnoj upotrebi, u definisanim dnevnim saobraćajnim intervalima. Ugovor je vredan do 13.481.400,76 EUR i trajaće 24 meseca. Ponuđači moraju imati prosečan godišnji promet za građevinske radove od najmanje 14 miliona EUR u poslednje 3 finansijske godine, pristup kreditnim linijama ili drugim finansijskim sredstvima od najmanje 1,9 miliona EUR, najmanje 2 završena ugovora u poslednjih deset godina, svaki vrednosti najmanje 14 miliona EUR (bez PDV-a), ili najmanje 1 ugovor vrednosti najmanje 28 miliona EUR (bez PDV-a), koji uključuju radove na rekonstrukciji, rehabilitaciji i izgradnji železničkih tunela, kao i radove na putnim i drugim transportnim tunelima. Takođe, potrebno je imati najmanje 2 završena ugovora o rehabilitaciji ili obnovi železničke infrastrukture dok je pruga bila u komercijalnoj upotrebi, u poslednjih 10 godina, svaki vrednosti najmanje 3,4 miliona EUR (bez PDV-a), kao i dokazano iskustvo u upravljanju ekološkim i socijalnim aspektima u najmanje jednom ugovoru slične prirode i složenosti. Dodela ugovora će se vršiti ponuđaču sa najnižom ocenjenom cenom ponude, pod uslovom da je ponuda suštinski odgovarajuća i da ispunjava kvalifikacione kriterijume.

Om anbudet

Rehabilitation works on nine railway tunnels (T154, T156, T157, T165, T167, T169, T215, T218 and T247) along the Vrbnica–Bar railway line in Montenegro, with a combined length of approximately 2,921.5 metres. The works will be carried out whilst the line remains in commercial operation, in defined daily traffic intervals as set out in the Tender Documents. The Contract is co-financed by the European Investment Bank under the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF) and and is governed by the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (Red Book), First Edition 1999.

At least 2 contracts completed within the last ten years, each with a value of: at least EUR 14 million (NET of VAT) or at least 1 contract completed within the last ten years with a value of: at least EUR 28 million (NET of VAT). Similarity includes not only works on the reconstruction, rehabilitation, and construction of railway tunnels, but also works on road and other transport tunnels.
