• Climate and environment considerations

  Beskrivelse

  According to the Supply Regulations (FFO.) § 7-9 second section, climate and environment considerations shall as a main rule be weighted with at least 30 percent in the award criteria. For this procurement, however, it is considered that it is clear that it gives better climate and environmental effect to set concrete requirements in the requirement specification. The actual contract work in this procurement is not associated with environmental impact, as it is a matter of renovation and overhauling of pumps, which is done with a hand-held tool. The environmental impact is first and foremost connected to transporting the pumps between VAV ́s locations and the tenderer ́s locations. Oslo municipality ́s minimum requirements for transport (zero emission) will be included in the contract. The contracting authority plans to carry out the transport itself, but will have an option in the contract for the tenderer ́s transport of the pumps. Based on this, it is not considered appropriate to evaluate the environment under the award criteria.

This requirement only applies to companies where the publication of annual accounts is not required in the state where the company is established.

  Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment. Including a minimum of credit rating B in Creditsafe.

  Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. NB: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from CreditSafe.

  Tenderers shall have environmental management measures adapted to the content of the contract.

If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent, it is sufficient to submit a copy of a valid certificate provided that the environmental management measures are covered by the certification order.

  Tenderers shall have a relevant quality assurance system for the content of the contract.

  A description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods. Alternatively: Certificate for the company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies that confirms the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2015.

• Due diligence assessments

  Beskrivelse

  Tenderers shall be suitable to fulfil the contractual requirements for due diligence assessments for responsible businesses within 6 months of the contract being signed. This means that the Tenderer has implemented measures and systems that are used in the Tenderer's work to safeguard basic human rights and decent working conditions, as well as prevent environmental degradation and corruption.

  A description of the tenderer's systems for working with due diligence assessments in accordance with the UN ́s guiding principles for business and human rights (UNGP) and OECD ́s guidelines for multinational companies. The documentation shall include: Formal policies/policies that cover an obligation to comply with the requirements of responsible businesses. Formal policy/guidelines for accountability for sub-suppliers/the supplier chain, (Supplier Code of Conduct). This shall only be provided if sub-suppliers are used. Descriptions of the tenderer's processes and routines for how the company works with due diligence assessments. Description of how the tenderer will obtain and maintain an overview of the country of origin and production locations for the products the tenderer offers.   Experience is required with overhauling equivalent types of pumps, including pipe pumps and centrifugal pumps.

  An overview of the most important goods deliveries or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information about the contracts ́ value, date of delivery or execution, and the name of the recipient.
