• Climate and environmental considerations

  Beskrivelse

  The starting point in accordance with the Supply Regulations (FFO) is that the contracting authority shall emphasise climate and environmental considerations with a minimum of 30 percent in the award criteria. There is, however, an opportunity to deviate from this main rule if the award criteria are replaced with climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications, provided that this clearly gives a better climate and environmental effect. It is not appropriate in this procurement to evaluate the service element on environment as a part of the award criteria. The actual maintenance work and replacement of parts will not have any direct environmental impact. The actual climate impact is mainly related to transport of personnel to the work place and to the transport and production of spare parts that shall be used. In order to reduce this influence, the contract will include a binding requirement that all transport of both personnel and parts shall be carried out emission-free. Tenderers shall document how this requirement is fulfilled, so that the environmental consideration is taken care of in an effective and verifiable way. By placing concrete and binding requirements on emission-free transport in the requirement specifications, a clearly better climate and environmental effect is achieved than by weighting environmental considerations in the award criteria. This is in accordance with FFO ́s right to deviate from the main rule and ensure that environmental considerations are safeguarded in a purposeful and effective way.

• Due diligence assessments

  Tenderers shall be suitable to fulfil the contractual requirements for due diligence assessments for responsible businesses from 6 months after the contract has been signed. This means that the Tenderer has implemented measures and systems that are used in the Tenderer's work to safeguard basic human rights and decent working conditions, as well as prevent environmental degradation and corruption.

  A description of the tenderer's systems for working with due diligence assessments in accordance with the UN ́s guiding principles for business and human rights (UNGP) and OECD ́s guidelines for multinational companies. The documentation shall include: Formal policies/policies that cover an obligation to comply with the requirements of responsible businesses. Formal policy/guidelines for accountability for sub-suppliers/the supplier chain, (Supplier Code of Conduct). [This shall only be delivered if sub-suppliers are used.] Descriptions of the tenderer's processes and routines for how the company works with due diligence assessments. Description of how the tenderer will obtain and maintain an overview of the country of origin and production locations for the products the tenderer offers. [This shall only be delivered if the procurement is for goods.]

  Beskrivelse

  This requires experience from projects of a similar nature and degree of difficulty. By an equivalent nature and degree of difficulty, we mean service assignments on actuators (electric), regulation valves (pneumatic), position donors, sample takers and sludge level meters.

  Dokumentasjonskrav

  An overview of relevant work carried out during the last 3 years. The overview shall state the time and place the work was performed, the nature of the work, the degree of difficulty as well as the contracting authority.
