Brief

Co-operative Housing Ireland has entered into an agreement with Lucion Services for the provision of Asbestos Management Services, including Management Asbestos Surveys (MAS) and the development of an Asbestos Risk Register for general needs housing stock, to be delivered in Dublin over a period of 4 years, with a final contract value of 212,020 EUR. The award criteria included a 40% weighting for quality (Service Delivery Methodology, Staff Experience & Resource, Documentation Control, and Working in Occupied Properties) and a 60% weighting for cost.
