    Gzira Local Council needs recruitment services for the management of recruitment processes for the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, with a maximum total value of 300,000 EUR over 5 years. The successful tenderer must design and administer an effective, efficient, and fair recruitment and selection process in line with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice for appointments to positions in the Civil and Public Service. This involves developing and implementing recruitment campaigns for various posts in Dublin.

    About the bid

      The successful Tenderer must design and administer in consultation with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, an effective, efficient and fair recruitment and selection process for the Department, in line with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice for appointments to positions in the Civil and Public Service. This will involve developing and implementing, to completion, recruitment campaigns for a number of posts throughout the duration of the contract. These campaigns are expected to produce a number of appointees to an agreed standard within the timeframes set by the Department.
