    South East Technological University (SETU) needs roof maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works for all specified buildings in the South-East region of Ireland. The contract has a maximum total value of 900,000 EUR over 4 years. The services include a complete roof services maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and management solution, requiring the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, technical expertise, tools, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and statutory compliance of SETU's building roofs.

    About the bid

      The Services to be provided under this Contract include a complete roof services maintenance, repair, refurbishment and management solution for roofs in all of the specified buildings. The Contractor shall provide all that is necessary for the delivery of the Services including personnel with appropriate skills, technical expertise and management expertise, appropriate tools, equipment, scaffolding, access to height, roof barriers, signage, vehicles (including MEWP's, hoists, etc…), consumables and all necessary head office infrastructure and management systems. The Contractor shall ensure the successful operation and optimum condition of all of SETU’s Building Roofs. The Contractor shall ensure these roofs are maintained at optimum performance levels and in full compliance with all statutory obligations
