    Imec EU Pilot line NV has entered into a framework agreement with C.N. Rood and MICROTRON for the delivery of semi-automatic wafer probers, to be used for parametric testing of individual integrated circuits at wafer or sample level. The devices should be suitable for testing micrometer-thin to millimeter-thick samples or wafers of 200 mm and 300 mm diameter, and will be delivered to Arr. Leuven, Belgium.

    About the bid

      In combination with measuring instruments, semi-automatic probers are used for parametric testing of individual integrated circuits at wafer or sample level. As a minimum, the device should be suitable for testing micrometer-thin (a few hundred) to millimetre-thick samples or wafers of 200 mm and 300 mm diameter.
