SPF Justice heeft diensten nodig voor de operationele dagelijkse beheer van het verwerken van verkeersboetes (en andere boetes) in België. De opdracht is verdeeld in een vaste tranche, bestaande uit 10 posten gerelateerd aan de dagelijkse operationele beheertaken van het boeteplatform, en een voorwaardelijke tranche voor het frankeren en distribueren van post.

Par le présent marché, le SPF Justice entend sous-traiter un certain nombre de tâches relatives à la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne du traitement des amendes routières (et, par extension, d'autres amendes). Le présent marché est fractionné en une tranche ferme et une tranche conditionnelle : la tranche ferme est subdivisée en 10 postes liés aux tâches de gestion opérationnelle quotidienne de la plateforme des amendes ; la tranche conditionnelle concerne l'affranchissement et la distribution du courrier postal.
