    De Europese Commissie, DG GROW, heeft behoefte aan diensten voor de technische analyse van innovatieve textielvezels en gerelateerde diensten ter ondersteuning van de EU-verordening inzake textieletikettering. Het betreft een raamovereenkomst met een maximale totale waarde van 1.000.000 EUR over een periode van 4 jaar. De diensten omvatten de toepassing van Verordening (EU) nr. 1007/2011 betreffende de benamingen van textielvezels en de daarmee verband houdende etikettering en markering van de vezelsamenstelling van textielproducten. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (70%) en prijs (30%).
