Das Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie - Beschaffung Z12 benötigt geophysikalische Begleitdienstleistungen für die Baugrundvorerkundung von Offshore-Windparks in den Zonen 4 und 5 der deutschen AWZ der Nordsee gemäß FEP. Es handelt sich um eine Rahmenvereinbarung für Dienstleistungen mit einer Laufzeit von 4 Jahren und einem maximalen Gesamtwert von 1 EUR. Die Dienstleistungen sollen in Hamburg erbracht werden.

Geophysical Survey of Wind Farm Search Area 6/7

Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat, Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) needs geophysical survey services over 2 years to improve the understanding of bathymetrical, morphological, and geological conditions within wind farm search area 6/7 in the Netherlands, identify potential objects, and support the preparation of geotechnical investigations and design/installation planning for future offshore wind farms. The award criteria for Lot 1 are Quality (preliminary Project Documentation 22.5%, Project team 7.5%, Vessel(s) and Equipment 7.5%) and Price (12.5%). For Lot 2, the award criteria are Quality (preliminary Project Documentation 22.5%, Project team 7.5%, Vessel(s), Equipment and Acquisition Parameters 10%) and Price (10%).

25/002 - Provision of Onshore and or Nearshore Inspection Services

The Contracting Entity is seeking applications from suitably experienced inspection companies to carry out offshore, nearshore and onshore inspection surveys of two submarine gas transmission pipelines each approximately 200km long, Scotland to Ireland from shore to shore, and one spur and one umbilical approximately 11km long to the Isle of Man. The network cathodic protection is provided by means of sacrificial aluminium alloy half shell bracelet anodes. The network entire lengths are either trenched, or rockdumped in lieu of trenching. The seabed is varied and includes sandwaves towards the Scottish end. The maximum water depth is approximately 140 metres. The inspection scope requires vessels equipped for visual inspection, acoustic examination, cathodic protection monitoring and the assessment of the disposition of the pipeline relative to the seabed. There is also a requirement for a capability for conducting intervention tasks involving the removal of seabed debris and/or freespan rectification and maintenance capability for a subsea tee in approximately 30 metres water depth. There is a further requirement for a capability to mobilise an offshore diving spread to conduct subsea intervention tasks using divers. There will also be a requirement to mobilise at short notice for unplanned debris surveys of the pipelines as required.

Benthic Survey of the Doordewind Wind Farm Zone

Ministerie van Economische Zaken (Netherlands) needs services for a Benthic Survey of the Doordewind Wind Farm Zone, with an estimated total contract value of 700,000 EUR (excl. VAT). The survey aims to collect factual benthic data to test findings from a desktop study on reef detection and establish a baseline measurement of the benthic environment in the area. The award criteria are Project Team (30%), Project Execution Plan (20%), Price/rates (20%), Vessels and equipment - Survey equipment (12%), Vessel and equipment quality - survey vessels (8%), HSE Management Plan (5%), and Quality Management Plan (5%).

Hydrographische Vermessungen zur Baugrundvorerkundung für Offshore-Windparks innerhalb der Zonen 3 und 4 der deutschen AWZ der Nordsee gemäß FEP in den Jahren 2027 und 2028

Das Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie benötigt hydrographische Vermessungsdienstleistungen zur Baugrundvorerkundung für Offshore-Windparks in den Zonen 3 und 4 der deutschen AWZ der Nordsee in den Jahren 2027 und 2028. Die Leistungen umfassen flächendeckende Fächerecholotvermessung inklusive Backscatter-Datenaufzeichnung, flächendeckende Seitensichtsonaraufnahme inklusive "ground truthing" mittels Greiferproben und Videountersuchungen, linienhafte Magnetometeruntersuchung, linienhafte Sedimentecholotaufnahme sowie lokale Videountersuchungen zur Verifizierung von Objekten und Verdachtspunkten mittels ferngesteuerter Unterwasserfahrzeuge (ROV). VBW Weigt GmbH hat heute einen ähnlichen Vertrag. Als Qualifikationsanforderung muss der durchschnittliche Jahresumsatz des Wirtschaftsteilnehmers in den letzten 3 Geschäftsjahren mindestens 2.500.000,00 EUR betragen haben, nachzuweisen durch Eigenerklärung oder Geschäftsabschlüsse/Bestätigung des Steuerberaters.
