    Bashkimi Evropian, i përfaqësuar nga Komisioni Evropian në emër dhe për llogari të Kosovës, ka nevojë për shërbime mbikëqyrjeje për punimet e reduktimit të pluhurit dhe NOx në TPP Kosova B, Njësitë B1 dhe B2 – Faza 2, me një vlerë maksimale totale prej 2 milionë eurosh dhe një kohëzgjatje prej 24 muajsh. Këto shërbime inxhinierike dhe teknike të ndërtimit do të sigurojnë vazhdimësinë e mbikëqyrjes gjatë periudhës së mbetur të zbatimit të punimeve. Vlerësimi i ofertave do të bazohet në cilësi (80%) dhe çmim (20%).
