Brief

The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Climate Action needs scientific and analytical services for 2 years, with a maximum total contract value of €320,000. The contractor will assess the results of applying the EU aviation non-CO₂ monitoring, reporting and verification framework and prepare a report for the EU co-legislators, as well as analyse policy options for addressing aviation’s non-CO₂ effects, including under Article 14(5) of the EU ETS Directive, and support the Commission if a new legislative proposal is appropriate.
