    De Europese Commissie, DG COMM - Communicatie, gevestigd in België, heeft behoefte aan diensten ter ondersteuning van de dialoog in de Euro-Mediterrane regio en de Golf. Het doel is het faciliteren van institutionele dialoog in de MENA-regio door de organisatie van conferenties, seminars, vergaderingen en andere activiteiten binnen het kader van het Pact voor de Middellandse Zee, de Unie voor de Middellandse Zee, of andere dialoogplatforms. De maximale totale contractwaarde bedraagt 2 miljoen euro over een periode van 54 maanden. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (80%) en prijs (20%).
