    Turun yliopisto on peruuttanut tarjouskilpailunsa ulkomaisen kirjallisuuden välityspalvelusta, jonka tarkoituksena oli tilata ja toimittaa ei-suomenkielistä kirjallisuutta asiakkaan määrittämiin toimitusosoitteisiin. Hankinnan arvo oli enintään 600 000 euroa. Palveluun sisältyi asiakkaan tekemät tilaukset toimittajan sähköisen tilausjärjestelmän kautta ja tuotteiden toimitus asiakkaan ilmoittamiin toimitusosoitteisiin. Tarjouskilpailun peruutuksen syynä oli hankintayksikön päätös, ei valitukset.

    • The purpose of the acquisition was the agency service of non-Finnish literature as order and delivery process to the delivery addresses determined by the customer. The agency service contains the orders made by the customer via the supplier’s electronic ordering system and the products delivered to the delivery addresses informed by the customer. The mandatory requirements of the aqcuisition were listed in the tendering documents. Now that call for tenders is cancelled.Main features of the procedureAccording to the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016), section 32 Open procedure, but now canceled with this notice.
