FUTERR – Supporting the Territorial Futures Forum

L'ESPON EGTC a besoin de services de conseil en recherche et développement pour soutenir le Forum des futurs territoriaux (FUTERR), avec une valeur contractuelle maximale de 275 000 EUR. Le projet vise à informer la réflexion stratégique et le dialogue politique en matière de recherche lors de cinq sessions du Forum des futurs territoriaux organisées par les présidences du Conseil de l'UE. Il s'agit d'offrir un soutien aux présidences du Conseil de l'UE et à la coopération intergouvernementale pour la compréhension et l'utilisation des preuves ESPON afin de développer une vision territoriale partagée pour l'Europe. À cette fin, il se concentrera sur l'identification, la compilation, la consolidation, la présentation et le transfert des résultats de preuves territoriales pertinentes pour les thèmes figurant dans le document de feuille de route et selon les besoins exprimés par les États membres. Les services seront livrés au Luxembourg. Les offres seront évaluées sur la base du meilleur rapport qualité-prix.
