Study on the Availability, Quality and EU Compliance of TEN-T Rest Areas, Safe and Secure Truck Parking Areas in the Western Balkans

The Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community needs a service contract for a study on the availability, quality, and EU compliance of TEN-T Rest Areas and Safe and Secure Truck Parking Areas in the Western Balkans, with a maximum total value of 150,000 EUR. The study will review the transposition of the TEN-T Regulation 1679/2024, assess current infrastructure, identify gaps, evaluate future demand, and provide policy, technical, and investment recommendations for upgrades, supporting alignment with TEN-T requirements and enhancing road transport efficiency and safety. The services are to be delivered in the Western Balkans.

Provision of travel management, event organization and logistical support services

The Ministry of Information and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia requires travel management, event organization and logistical support services for 29 months, with a maximum total contract value of EUR 339,500. Services include domestic and international transport, flight bookings and ticketing, local transfers, accommodation and catering, subsistence allowances, meeting and training venues, technical equipment, training materials, and visa support for study visits. Qualification requires at least five relevant personnel on average and at least two completed contracts in travel management, event organization and logistical support during the preceding four years, each with a completed-services value of at least EUR 135,800. Offers will be evaluated on the best price-quality ratio.

Assistance for the Implementation of Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX 10) Activities: Provision of Logistical Services and Financial Management

The European Commission, ENEST.A - Enlargement Coordination, Strategy & Investments, needs services for the implementation of Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX 10) activities, specifically the provision of logistical services and financial management, for a duration of 4 years, with a maximum total value of 68,000,000 EUR. The contractor will execute instructions from the European Commission, arranging logistics for conferences, workshops, expert missions, study visits, and promotional materials, as well as managing payments for these logistical activities and expert fees.
