Procurement of Services for External expertise for SME Development during the implementation of the activities under the Project RESCALE

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia needs services for external expertise for SME development over 22 months, with a maximum total value of 248,600 EUR. The services include SME selection and evaluation, SME development methodology and capacity building, thematic training in internationalization, ESG and green transformation, digital transformation and tourism, reporting and market-engagement support, and expert support for Joint Pilot Actions under the RESCALE project. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (80%) and price (20%).

Provision of travel management, event organization and logistical support services

The Ministry of Information and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia requires travel management, event organization and logistical support services for 29 months, with a maximum total contract value of EUR 339,500. Services include domestic and international transport, flight bookings and ticketing, local transfers, accommodation and catering, subsistence allowances, meeting and training venues, technical equipment, training materials, and visa support for study visits. Qualification requires at least five relevant personnel on average and at least two completed contracts in travel management, event organization and logistical support during the preceding four years, each with a completed-services value of at least EUR 135,800. Offers will be evaluated on the best price-quality ratio.

Technical Assistance to Ministry of Economy for private sector development

The European Union, represented by the European Commission on behalf of North Macedonia, needs technical assistance services for private sector development over 36 months, with a maximum total value of 3,500,000 EUR. The services aim to improve the capacity of private companies to compete on the EU market, optimize legal/administrative procedures, improve the regulatory and institutional framework of the catering sector, support the design and implementation of circular economy models, and help private companies adhere to CBAM Regulation requirements and decrease CO2 emissions.
