    Brief

    Danmarks Tekniske Universitet - DTU needs a passive transponder-based Aircraft Detection Lighting System (ADLS) for their Wind Energy Test Centre, with a maximum total value of 500,000 DKK. The system should be operational by the end of 2026 and must comply with the latest Danish regulatory requirements (BL 3-10 and BL 3-11). The procurement includes the delivery of the transponder solution, a full documentation package for approval from Trafikstyrelsen, full maintenance of the system for up to 20 years including yearly reporting, and cooperation with DTU for infrastructure and services.

    • The DTU plans to implement a passiv transponder-based ADLS system at their Wind Energy Test Centre with the goal of having a solution operating by the end of 2026 at the latest. For the SUPPLIER to provide a technical solution, a scope of products and services demanded for a full-turnkey ADLS system based on a passiv transponder solution. The SUPPLIER shall offer a full-turnkey Aircraft Detection Lighting System (ADLS) under the latest developments of the relevant Danish regulatory requirements (BL 3-10 and BL 3-11). BL 3-10 is still in progress for final approval, but all requirements in the draft version must be fullfilled by SUPPLIER. The tender requirements are split into four parts: the delivery of a transponder solution / system; delivery of full documentation package to fulfill BL 3-10 and receive an approval from Trafikstyrelsen, the full maintenance of the system over a lifetime of up to 20 years including yearly reporting required for Danish Authorities; the obligation to cooperate / necessary provision of infrastructure and services of DTU. !!
