    MUNICIPAL WATER DRAINAGE & DISTRICT HEATING OF KOZANI, Greece, needs the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of a heat generation system using natural gas-fired hot water boilers with a minimum usable heat of at least 220 MWth at the Kardia Power Plant facilities in Grevena and Kozani. The contract has a maximum total value of 30,000,000 EUR and a duration of 18 months. The award criterion is price. Suppliers must demonstrate an average annual general turnover of at least 15,000,000 EUR and a specific annual turnover of at least 5,000,000 EUR in industrial-scale energy projects for heat/electricity generation, both over the last three financial years. A credit facility of at least 9,000,000 EUR is also required. Suppliers must be registered in a relevant professional or trade register.       The contract shall be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on price. In Stage B, all economic operators and groups of economic operators that have been selected during Stage A, i.e. those found to satisfy the participation requirements of Stage A, shall be invited to submit a tender. The minimum number of candidates that the Contracting Entity intends to invite to Stage B is five (5). However, where the number of participants in Stage A that satisfy the participation requirements is lower than the minimum number, the Contracting Entity may continue the procedure by inviting those candidates that satisfy the participation requirements.
