Dan l-impjant ta' desalinazzjoni se juża teknoloġija ta' reverse osmosis biex jiddeżalinizza l-ilma baħar għal standards ta' ilma tax-xorb, u l-ilma mielaħ li jirriżulta se jintrema fil-baħar permezz ta' brine header, li huwa wkoll parti mill-ambitu ta' din it-tender. Water Services Corporation needs works for the regeneration of the Gzira Pumping Station and surrounding grounds in Malta, with a maximum total value of 6,250,000 EUR. This includes the restoration of the scheduled Main Building, repurposing parts of it for the locality’s Local Council offices and multi-purpose spaces, upgrading the pumping station's operational facilities, restoring the existing formal garden, and reconfiguring the rest of the site into a public garden. The project also involves laying pipes and services by open cut trenches in Triq Rue d’Argens, Gzira.

Water Services Corporation needs the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and hand-over of a new SWRO Plant "D" at Pembroke RO Plant in Pembroke, Malta, with a nominal capacity of 11,200 m3/day and a potential maximum capacity of at least 13,000 m3/day, produced from two independent and identical RO systems. The project has a maximum total contract value of 10,200,000 EUR. The contractor will be responsible for all mechanical and electrical works, ensuring the existing SWRO plant remains operational during the installation and commissioning of the new plant.
