Purchase of full spectrum flow cytometer system

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) har brug for levering, installation, træning og garantisupport af et 4-laser full spectrum flowcytometersystem til høj-parameter single-celle immunfænotyping og relaterede flowcytometriapplikationer. Den maksimale totale kontraktværdi er 1.000.000 DKK. Systemet skal leveres i Danmark.

Desktop Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) har brug for levering af et desktop scanning elektronmikroskop (SEM) til en maksimal totalværdi på 130.000 EUR. SEM'et skal bruges til topografisk billeddannelse og kemisk analyse af metallografiske prøver, primært ikke-ledende mekanisk polerede epoxyforme med tværsnitskomponenter og samlinger af elektronik. Det forventes, at SEM'et er kompakt, robust, stabilt, klar til at køre 24/7 uden avanceret vedligeholdelse og let at betjene efter kort træning. Carl Zeiss A/S har tidligere haft lignende kontrakter.

Purchase of 5 Fluorescence Microscopes

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) needs to purchase 5 fluorescence microscopes with a maximum total value of 1,400,000 DKK. The equipment should consist of four inverted microscopes with X/Y test tables, capable of visualizing samples using reflected light in fluorescence and bright field. The fluorescence detection system must be able to observe and separate DAPI, FITC, and TRITC fluorophores. The microscopes must be equipped with lenses for optical measurements from 4x to 100x magnification, using cover glass. Three microscopes need to image at 4x and 20x, one at 10x and phase contrast at 20x, and one at 10x and 60x or higher. All microscopes should include a 1.5x optivar lens and allow for mounting a C-mount camera with a 25mm FOV. One microscope must have a motorized X-Y table compatible with Micromanager software.

Triple quadrupole liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet - DTU needs a triple quadrupole liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) system for a maximum total value of 1,200,000 DKK. The system will support quantitative and qualitative analysis of small molecules in research applications, including validation of novel diagnostic and drug-monitoring methods, and will be shared across research groups and faculties. Waters A/S likely has a similar contract today.
