Fjellinjen AS needs traffic counting services for a framework agreement over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 2,3 millioner kroner. The solution will be used for traffic counting of vehicles in Oslo, delivering files with vehicle numbers, date, and time for comparison with roadside data, as well as video/still images or ANPR readings for documentation of undetected vehicles at toll stations. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of a solution for counting passages. A description of the procurement, its purpose and scope can be found in the appendix 1 to the contract. The solution will be used for traffic counting of vehicles, and the delivery to Fjellinjen will consist of files with the number of vehicles, and details with date and time, so that these can be compared with data from roadside suppliers/transaction files.
